Basic Rental

Rental Rates & Inclusions:

Base Rate: $720 (plus tax) for a 4-hour rental

Includes: Tables and chairs for 200 guests, setup, and basic cleaning

Bar Services: Based on 100 people

Fully managed bar including bartenders, alcohol, mixers, and a license

Drink prices: $6–$9 (wine, beer, highballs)

Minimum sales: $1,200 (shortfall to be covered by renter)

Corkage fee: $15 per bottle for outside wine
