With its historic charm, spacious layout, and affordable rental rates, our hall is designed to bring people together. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, Matsqui Community Hall provides the flexibility and welcoming atmosphere to make your event memorable.

Basic Rental

Rental Rates & Inclusions:

Base Rate: $720 (plus tax) for a 4-hour rental
Includes: Tables and chairs for 200 guests, setup, and basic cleaning
Additional Hours: $105 per hour

Bar Services

Bar Services: Based on 100 people

Fully managed bar including bartenders, alcohol, mixers, and a license
Drink prices: $6–$9 (wine, beer, highballs)
Minimum sales: $1,200 (shortfall to be covered by renter)
Corkage fee: $15 per bottle for outside wine
Under 50 guests → $900 minimum (includes bartender)
50–99 guests → $1,000 minimum (includes bartender)
100+ guests → $1,200 minimum (includes bartender)

Wedding Reception

Wedding Service – $3,700.00 Est.

Kitchen

Cost: $27 per hour
Minimum Rental: 4-hour minimum
Deposit: $500 damage deposit required
Contract Type: Month-to-month basis or for one-time events.
Availability: Due to high demand, especially during weekends, availability may be limited. Flexibility with scheduling is recommended to accommodate different events.
